Water textures completed, links edited.

I've completed the changing over of all of the water textures now, which means I'll be able to start attempting to put in region views. I've also edited the links section on the advice of Shilka. This means that it'll open up the links in a separate tab/window instead of the current one. I couldn't manage to do it with the picture though. Instead I just managed to make it unclickable....
